Hotel Policies at Silver Mountain Suites:
CHECK-IN: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM unless other arrangements are made.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 11:00 AM unless other arrangements are made. Unapproved late check-out is billed at $15/hour.
GUEST CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
→ Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
→ Put all wet towels in the bathtubs.
→ Check carefully for personal belongings.
→ Turn off air conditioning during the summer months and turn down the thermostat to 60 degrees during the winter months.
→ Turn off all lights and televisions.
→ Leave all keys on the kitchen counter, secure all windows, and close your door tightly.
CLEANING FEES: If the suite is left unusually dirty, Guest will be charged for extra cleaning at the rate of $35 per hour.
SMOKING: Silver Mountain Suites is a non-smoking, drug-free facility. Smoking in any of the rooms onsite will result in a $500 fee.
PETS: No animals of any kind are allowed in the suites or on the property. Exceptions to this policy must be cleared by management.
ZONING: The suites are zoned for residential use only. Guest shall not operate a business from the premises.
VISITORS: Additional per-person charges will accrue for any persons not named in the contract who stay overnight. Children do not need to be named in a contract.
FURNISHINGS: Please do not move or alter any of the furniture or equipment in your suite. Should any items be found damaged or missing, Guest will be charged for their replacement or repair.
APPLIANCES: All appliances MUST be turned off when you are not in your suite. If Guest’s negligence causes damage (an oven fire, burns from an iron left on, etc.), all repair costs will be Guest’s responsibility.
REPAIRS: We reserve the right to enter the suite during reasonable hours for maintenance and service.
QUIET HOURS: Please take care not to disturb your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: Any evidence of illegal activity will be promptly reported to law enforcement.
